To qualify for a replacement, you need to provide:

  • Photo proof of the damaged toy
  • Confirmation that the TearGuard Guarantee was included in your order
  • The items requested for replacement must match those from the original order

To start a return, reach out to us at service@antarcking.com. If your return gets the go-ahead, we'll send you the necessary return instructions. Please note, items sent back to us without initiating a return request will not be accepted.

For a successful return, your item must be in its original, undamaged condition. You'll also need to provide:

  • The original packaging
  • Your order number
